It could be a corrupted client or world. Try copying your "World"(Including World_The_Nether and End) pasting it to your desktop, then deleting your Minecraft. Then let your launcher download you a new copy and then paste the World files back in. If this still does not work, then unfortunately your World file may be corrupted, and the only way to fix(That i know of but could be wrong, try looking around for more suggested solutions) would be to delete the world, and create a new.
