When you first add your server to the list it will be shown in the New section: http://minecraft-server-list.com/new/
If you update/edit your server it will be shown on the Recently updated servers page: http://minecraft-server-list.com/updated/
You can also try find it through the advanced search function: http://minecraft-server-list.com/filter/ - should be easy to narrow it down.
Or you can use the search box in the top right corner of the website.
And in general, your server will be represented in the gametype sections you added it to. Servers are ranked by # of votes, so it is a good idea to get your users to vote on your page.
