if i try to say anything in chat on a sever i get disconnected

It can be that you have your chat to "Commands Only". The chat options are in Multiplayer Settings, in the Options menu at the pause screen

Does this happen on 1 server only ? Or on all servers ?

I encountered this problem a few months ago... the problem was caused by BKCommonLib.

so if you run your own server, i would do a binary search on all your plugins to find the root cause:

So... stop the server, move half your plugins out of their directory... start the server and see if you still have the chat problem. If you do, then the problem does NOT exist with any of the plugins that you removed.

Keep removing half of your plugins until the problem disappears... Then, once you see the problem go away, you know it was caused by one of the plugins that you just removed.

I'm not sure we got enough information to help tho... So this was kinda a stab in the dark. Hope this helps tho.
