How do i make myself owner for my server?

I have got my own server, but I tried to do commands but it says I don't have permission what is happening?

Go into the Op folder and type in your own name.

You have to put your username in the ops file. You are already owner of your server because you can also type commands in the server file. PS. dont expect too many from my english, i am dutch.
