how do I make it easier to find enderman?

On my xbox I'm getting ready to go to the end but I find the odd enderman to kill but after I kill em they don't give me ender pearls

i think the est way is to either go out at night and do some hunting(if you think your strong enough) or go to the end which is why you probably want endermen anyway

Make an end portal then jump in the portal and their will be a bunch of enderman's including a ender dragon

 

if you don't know how to make a end  portal search it on YouTube.

 

WARNING: If you go in the portal in survival mode you might have a chance of dying because theirs ALOT of enderman's and 1 ender dragon which would kill you in 1 or 2 hits. So if you die and lose your stuff DON'T COME BACK CRYING AND BLAMING ME SO I SUGGEST JUMP IN THE PORTAL IN CREATIVE
