Not sure what you are looking for help in - but from what I read, it can not be anyones fault (other than you), if YOUR laptop can't run the game :) The game is a free-roam place for anyone, even textspammers.
Only solution is to get a computer that can run the game, stick with singleplayer or make your own server where you control who plays on it.
