What do I do if someone else posted my server on the Minecraft-Server-List?

I recently got a new host/IP, and I came to update my server on the Minecraft-Server-List. Come to find out, I can't because the previous owner didn't remove the server after not paying for it. What do I do?

So I was on Minecraft PE and was making an arena for my friends, I then stopped playing for a few weeks. Then when I go on for my friends to use There are strange dirt blocks that are greenish and have some vines in the block (before vines in PE) and they replaced all my light green wool next I find brick stair case blocks stacked up near the arena also my house door got covered with the bricks and I dont know what to do, the map is a complete mess and the arena is ruined.

I DID NOT MOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This map was in creative so please help what kind of block is it? It wasn't in the creative menu and can't be picked up since its in creative. Help

We can join games opened on our old computer but when he plays on his PC I cant see him with multiplayer when "scanning for games on your local network"

I am so sorry for disobeying the rules i wasnt posting my server on the minecraft-server-list.com my friend was. He told me it was ok and he kept posting, i told him that if you keep posting on http://www.minecraft-server-list.com that it is against the rules. Then the server was traced to me beacuse it is my unique ip even though i wasnt one posting it i have learned my lesson not to let other ppl to advertise for you. my ip has been banned from the website so i cant even get on the website to ask for appeal so i am asking here please help me :( i am so sorry, this was the only website i used to find my servers and post my servers i will never allow the rules to be broken. Please unban my ip from website

So i was placing a texture pack on the .minecraft folder in %appdata% and i guess i didnt do it properly and now ti says internal error occured (error code: 7) HELP I HAVE ASKED MY FRIEND AND THEY say to get help off internet i hope there right! THANKS :)

Minecraft map's are gone after update

I started Minecraft just now, and it started loading. Then, instead of opening, it loaded again, but this time with a caption on top of the loading screen. (minecraft jars, bugs, ect.)

When it was finished it said Minecraft 1.5.2 instead of 1.5.1, so it apparently updated. Problem is, when I clicked on Single Player, all my maps were gone. I then went to the .minecraft folder, and clicked on Saves. All of my worlds were there. I lanched the game again, but my saved maps weren't showing up.

So i have downloaded some texture packs. i then go onto minecraft and click on the texture packs button. It then bleeps and comes up with a warning saying that it cant find the file that should have the texture packs in. When I have looked they are in different files and the file that minecraft is trying to look in does not exist

I made sure my computer was updated (Mac)

It started happening after I recently updated Minecraft.

I'm also not seeing any servers when i refresh the list but I can connect to ones I find on the internet and type in specific ips... what's going on??
