I believe this is the creative function that when you middle click an item it will automatically grab the related block. Have you tried to reset the controls to default?

You will need: 10-14 Obsidian, and a Flint & Steel. How to obtain these items: Obsidian spawns when water meets a lava source block. In order to mine Obsidian you need a Diamond Pickaxe. You get Flint from Gravel by chance. The steel is actually Iron. They go diagonal from eachother in he crafting. Here is what the Portal looks like: http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120629122258/minecraft360/images/3/39/Nether_portal_example.gif . There you go! (and FYI it's the Nether not the Netherlands)

There is a mod that changes spawners to different NPCs, use the google search bar and look for "Mob changer" or something along those lines and you should find it :). Best of luck.

I was wondering... when I go to multiplayer servers sometimes i see portals leading to one end to the other and thats cool. So I was asking you guys if you know how to make a portal that leads to where you want it to lead.

Example: So lets say I want to make a portal that looks like a nether portal on a dessert and I go to a forest and climb a tall tree and make another nether portal on top of the tree. Now I go in the portal on the dessert and when I go in the portal it leads to the portal I put on the tree (not the nether)

So can a nice person tell me how i can do this? Please.... Do we need like a command block or something?

you have to go to multiplayer then click add server you can look up a server ip at minecraftservers.com then it will say server ip you type in a server ip then click done then your multiplayer world should load and when it does you click on it then your in your multiplayer server

It is currently not possible; maybe if they introduced mods into Xbox it would be with a mod. Currently it does not look like mods will be coming to Xbox Minecraft any time soon.

You need to make a crafting table in order to make pick axes, shovels, ect. To make a Crafting table just fill the 4 blocks with wood.
