First, check spam folder.
If nothing there, go request a new password on the login page - this will also verify your account when you click the link in the e-mail.
If the above does not help
It could seem some mail providers like aol have blocked mails from the list, despite it has never sent out a single spam-like mail.
So if you are on some kind of free e-mail provider, try another host - gmail / hotmail should be fine.
