I'm stuck out side the spawning area

Question

when i logged on i was on top of the spawning area and then i fell of and when ever i make a command like /join 3 it doesn't work, it only says that i have no permission towards that command! Please help me! None of the commands that my friends gave me (they're soon going to be admins to i assume they're correct) it never works! I've also tried to log off and on again but that doesn't work either! Any other info would be great! This was on the server 'hg.hellfire.it'

Ok.

First, I joined this server and it worked fine for me.  Try relogging in/restarting minecraft/force updating (all the basic glitch techniques) and try again.  If this doesn't work, you may have to think about  changing server.  If it is the hunger games part of the server you want, there are so many AWESOME hungergames servers I coulden't list them all, here is the website for one that I play on and find great: mc-hungergames.com
