There is really no such thing as a 'cop' but if you're meaning mod/admin, just go on the servers website (if it has one) and see if they have mod applications open :) If they don't you could try to get in contact with the owner! But, you might not get in, depends on how high you are ranked on that specific server really because of trust issues :)
