votifier isn't working help?

Ok, I have votifier installed on my server and listener, and they are both working because I have tested them out on another minecraft server list.  But for somereason when I put in the information for votifier on this server it doesn't work.

I'm not sure what it can be - might have been a temporary problem. Thousands have entered their Votifier and I rarely her any problems.
