If you have an Minecrat premium account then yes, head to https://minecraft.net and use the Play Minecrat "In Browser" button on the right hand side of the page.
If you do not own a premium account then the best place to play is in 'Minecrat Classic'. The link for that is also on the Minecrat site on the right hand side.
