Go to minecraftskins.info and find the Enderman then click on him. Then click dowload. After that right click and save image as... Finally go to minecraft.net and click profile and you have to be logged in to do this! Do you see the rectangular bar to type in? Click in that box and select the file as the Enderman Skin.png or whatever it is named. After that you are an Enderman.
