I cannot submit my server, Help?

Hi! I recently got a dynamic IP for my minecraft server
I try to list it but it says its offline(on every site i list it on)
Can someone help please?
It's not run of my computer, its through a online service.

You need to open your port. If you are behind a router or you have some firewall you need to allow the port you are running Minecraft on. Usually is 25665

You need to open your port 25665. To do that you will need to forward it on your firewall and also if you are behind a router you will need to forward it there too.
